UK Deliveries
For all orders within the UK, we utilise Royal Mail services to ensure that your items are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from the time your payment is cleared.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.
- Delivery Charges: A flat rate of £3 applies to all UK orders. However, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery for orders over £20.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
International Deliveries
For our valued international customers, we offer delivery via Royal Mail or a trusted courier for larger orders to accommodate a wider range of shipping needs.
- Dispatch Time: Dispatch for international orders follows the same swift process, with a target of within 2 working days.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, the expected delivery time frame is within 14 working days.
- Delivery Charges: International shipping is available for £10 per order, with the added benefit of FREE delivery for orders above £60.
As international delivery involves crossing borders, please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates and subject to customs clearance and local postal service practices.
